It’s not expensive or anything, but holding for 2 hours still costs money
Penetration is surprisingly low.
The amount of infrastructure overhaul most companies would need to undertake dissuades them from switching. Plus a lot of massaging for QoS has to be done.It’s not as simple as dropping a cool new phone on a desk.
