The amount of infrastructure overhaul most companies would need to undertake dissuades them from switching. Plus a lot of massaging for QoS has to be done.It’s not as simple as dropping a cool new phone on a desk.

Anyway, Dell has always been good when I have called although I cannot comment on overseas divisions of the company.
