wow, so i ordered another xbox 360 from dell last week, core bundle with added stuff, plus some games. I recieved the games, but not the unit, called DHL, seems the sticker fell off and since last friday been bitching at them for loosing my shit. So i finally got fed up and called dell to bitch, Come to find out they no longer are carrying the core bundle, and are sending me a premium bundle with 3 extra games plus overnight shipping, for the price i paid for the core bundle!!!

Good customer service goes a long way in my book.

Only thing is they really need to get ppl in there that speak better english, took me 3 reps b4 i got one i could understand.

I gotta agree with you about the customer service, it seems to be something that a lot of companies are forgetting about these days… or like you suffered, outsourcing to other nations for cheap labor and having reps that can barely speak the necessary language :roll:
