when you talk to tom he will tell you where you will be working or what job you will be applying for. if you have any skill example: welding, painting, machine tell him it may determine where you work
were hiring like crazy always,
just put down what you have experience in and that will most likely determine where you go… and i forgot what the test was on page 2 but if you do get hire you go for a drug test/hearing/physical
i went back to school, i couldn’t take working in a dirty factory for 10 bucks an hour for 50 hours a week. the only way you see decent money is if you’re working 50+ hours. being up that long on a concrete floor in a factory is tough. especially during the summer where it is incredibly hot
at least they give the day shit gatorade in the summer. i worked overnights in the winter. not fun. i used to stand by the oven when the doors were open to get warm. i also left to go to school. i liked it well enough there. the benefits are awesome.
Thats cuz ur part time and u work when you want in the other building where your foreman almost never goes:spank:. And you never anwser your phone asshole. You still want the quad? I need to get rid of it.
Derrick isn’t a bad place to work, but layzie is right, unless you plan on working more than 50 hrs(which is the min for full time) at $10/hr (I believe welders start @ $12 to $13u/hr dep on exp) won’t see a ton of money. Their raises aren’t anything to brag about either. If you’re just looking for something that is a steady paycheck and you don’t mind a litel hard work and gettin dirty, then i guess its alright. The benefits are very good there too. Nothing comes out of your paycheck for full benefits, which is nice.
