Alcohol is more destructive than marijuana, due to the natures of the two drugs. If you overdose on alcohol, you die. I’ve never heard of anyone smoking pot until they aspirated their own vomit. I have a couple drinks a week… I probably haven’t smoked pot in over a year… I don’t think you could call me an “addict” concerning either, so don’t try to make the “burnout” argument with me that you make with Darkstar.

Pot is a gateway drug. A gateway to video games and Chex Mix. I’ve smoked opium. I’ve used cocaine. Didn’t do either more than a couple times, and neither came about because of a “built up tolerance to pot” or “looking for a better high”… I just figured I’m only living once, might as well satisfy some curiosities. Just because many junkies started out smoking pot doesn’t mean it led them there. Many politicians smoked pot in college… I guess pot is a gateway drug to politics as well…
