i’ve been getting yelled at to make one of these threads so here it goes for the first car:
1995 nissan 240sx, no pics to start but ill tell you, she didnt look too good, completely stock besides spray painted black, hovercraft body kit etc.
i am comfortable saying that i completely rebuilt this car, from the bottom up.
i would have loved to build the engine on my own but did not feel 100% comfortable with the SR20DET so i had Synapse build the engine. im good friends with them so i was able to be around for most of the build. the engine is close to fully built besides a crank.
i went with a top mount 3071 twin scroll turbo/manifold, also designed/made by Synapse, mostly for the reduced spool up/lag… this is a drift car. has dual tial wastegastes.
car made 380whp at 17psi when my clutch started slipping, getting it retuned soon
other than that it has:
AEM ECU converted to map
stance coilovers
all suspension pieces either replaced/new bushings
repainted myself…dont care that it didnt come out perfect… i did this in a barn, and a driveway haha… again its a drift car not a show car…
welded diff
1 piece driveshaft
mb battle 17" wheels
etc… want to know more? just ask
