IIRC the minimum otc drugs like this need to be proven effective is like %15 stronger than a placebo. Anyone know more about the subject?
It’s mostly Vitamin C, I blame the consumers for thinking it’s a wonder drug or a cure for the common cold, which it isn’t. I enjoy it once and awhile during the winter if I start to feel iffy to boost my immune system. It’s not gonna make you better if you’re already sick. Soo much fail in this thread.
