Truck pull in Listie,Pa on the 25th if anyone likes watching them. Disturbed Diesel will have his truck or 2 up there. He is the one doing the work to my truck, his puts out 1200Hp on fuel.

yeah theres a lot more shit under the hood of a diesel. i’m right in the middle of pulling that cab, i have to get all the body bolts tomorrow morning and it should be up

theres guys on the ford site who claim it can be up in 1.5-2.0 hours. I don’t buy that

what ? 1.5-2 hours does that include pulling the cab & getting everything ready? lol

heads are off and they look pretty good. i can’t see any cracks or signs of being overheated. I’ll clean them up and check them for flatness tomorrow.

Progress is slow, I’ve got a lot of other shit to get out of the way throughout the course of a day. i wanted to have the decks cleaned up and the studs installed today but i didn’t get that far

that poor hydro boost laying there. it’s supported a little better now, i didn’t really like the idea of it just hanging

heads cleaned up pretty good. they are not warped at all and i can’t visually see any cracks. haven’t checked the deck yet

turbo is a little dusted and leaking slightly, it’s not here for that though

EGR is coked up a little bit but its not too bad yet. there’s no sign of wetness in the intake so i presume no egr cooler leak. i also checked out eot in relation to ect before i started tearing. no more than 5-7 degrees difference so the oil cooler should still be okay
