I just got a digital camera, and took a lot of pics with it this past weekend. It’s a Fuji A700. I plan on getting more into photography now that I have a camera, and will post some pics from the weekend on here.
Does anyone else want to share which camera they use, and some pics that you’ve taken? Hya’s pics of the Rolex 24 hrs are awesome! With those, and Whitey’s interest, I thought we could start a relavent thread.
I’m using a Canon Rebel XT aka the 350d. I own the kit lens 18-55mm, Canon 50mm f1.8 and Canon 430ex (that’s my flash). For the Rolex event I rented a Canon 70-200 f4L. My next lens is going to be the Sigma 70-200 f2.8.
I started a random picture thread awhile back. You can just bump that up with your pictures you wanna add.
I have an older Kodak dx6490. I went with it because it has a 10X optical zoom. And does video. The only down side I see is that when in auto focus mode, you really have to wait on it to focus, or you get blurry pictures. The look fine on the LCD, but once prints are made they come out blurry.
I have a Concord 3042AF. It’s years old, and only 3.1mega. I’ll probably kick it down to my little brother and buy something better soon. I HATE having an exposed lens!! This has no shutter, and no lens cap ability.
I have a Fuji V10, 5.1 MP. It is a nice camera, huge screen, the entire back of the camera. I have to mess with the ISO settings depending on the lighting to get the best quality pics. The video quality is awesome.
This one would be better, but I was walking backwards trying not to get runover by the Rubicon, and stumbled a bit.
I just picked up a Tokina 10-17mm fisheye lens. I love the thing but aparently I have some CA problems with it so I’ll be exchanging it tomorrow/monday for a new one.
