on the trash note, a few weekends ago, i went through the lower lot and picked up about a 12packs worth of bottles scattered around and threw them out so the business owners didnt have to see it that, public drinking + leaving empties on someone elses property = :nono

But on a serious note, the best way to remedy the problem is by word of mouth, if 1 person tells just 1 other person a night not to burnout/pick up after themsleves it will spread, then maybe that person will learn the “rules” of the lot and pass it on. And it may be difficult with the boys in white in the lower lot unless any of you guys speak spanish lol.
