LOLz
Thank you.
Again this was to in form those on here (car forum) not to purchase a car through these guys. I’m sure you gathered that one…but some have a hard time grasping the fact that its me passing off useful info if you have ever thought of getting a subaru from them.
As for the comments people like to make, most of the mods on here have really let things go and dont control what posts should be posted. I posted this in the auto section for a reason. This is not Offtopic which most of the people that posted in this thread decided to turn it into. But hey, I’m not a mod and they havent been doing shit to filter out bullshit. People posting about how they dont care for my posts, trying to be a smart ass, nothing at all to deal with the OP shouldnt be happening from my understanding. I remember getting infractions for that. Not that I’m complaining but I guess it just means I can do the same now. lol

You ask dumb questions you get dumb answers.
You start threads trying to stir shit up you get shit back.
Quit crying
I’m really curious why, after getting the runaround the second time, you didn’t get the State involved. Shit would have been taken care of pretty rapidly
I’ve honestly never had to deal with this situation and was never aware it could happen. I’be never heard anyone running into this before.
I’m about to take that route if they dont fix this this week. I already have been calling them several times a day. I’m being told if for what every reason they show its not paid, they are going to UPS/Fedex to send a check tonight with a tracking number for me. We will see. They have till Monday till I get other parties involved.
Seriously, take the steps now to get the state involved. No reason to wait another 2-3 business days. That’s just procrastination that will hurt you in the end. No, I’m not calling you out, slamming, you, etc. I’m just saying that this is a pattern, obviously, that will not end, until you throw some real heat their way. I’ve been in this business long enough to realize that.
Not thinking you are slamming at all. Thank you. If I dont get a tracking number or any sort of proof of payment today, I’ll call the state tomorrow.
Kevin, this Is Evan, I feel your pain.
How did you let it get this far to begin with? I would have gone for their inspection license the second I found the car came without WINDSHIELD WIPERS? How do you miss that during an inspection?
It was the rear wiper, not the front. Either way, I learned from the mistake and wont be going to them again. I really figured that with how much I had to annoy them the last time, they would have learned and corrected the mistakes the second time. Like I said before, it really was just the fact they have about 30 subarus on the lot that are all used. Not sure who else around here stocks that many subarus to look through. Cars are always clean to (little to no rust at all)
Same thing happened to me not to long ago. Bought a car in VA and paid the NYS (Niagara county 8% sales tax) and DMV fees at the dealership. A few months later I got a letter from the DMV saying I owed $850 for a bounced check and if not paid by a certain date my registration on the vehicle would be null and void. Nowhere on the paper work the DMV sent me did it say what it was in regards too. I put two and two together and called the dealership where I bought the car from in VA and they said for whatever reason a few checks they wrote bounced. They took care of it asap, however they were a reputable dealership. I think someone on Buffaloscooby had problems with an STI from the same place you were referring too.
Anyone know a phone number/email address I can get for contacting someone about this company and give a bad report.
I got the registration taken care of… just looking to report the company. These owners lack any sort of communication skills. The guy that orders all the parts for them was never informed about something he needed to order for me. I went off big time on these guys this time around and really laid into it. Funny I got a call in 15 minutes this time rather than me calling them everytime to find something out.
I heard there is this thing called Google on the internet.

file a complaint. You will probally be referred to call Albany to file the complaint, will take a while (we are super under-staffed right now) but this needs to be investigated, they need a good slap from the sounds of it.
Found the link

Thank you. I hope something does come out of it.
A side note… someone open a used Subaru dealer in Buffalo that sells cars for $4000 and up.
Someone is. Give it a few more months.
