Closer to the end of the month they have a few around the border, I go to Phantom and Sky King every year and if you go early enough (middle of this month) it’s usually fine but 2 years ago we went the last week in June and saw a few around the border and we got snagged, but as said above just cover them up in your trunk, they can’t search the car if you don’t allow it.
Edit: Actually the company I work for does IT work for Tops, and on Tuesday and Wednesday we were in one in Waterford, PA (they’re changing all the Qualitys to Tops) which is about another half hour past Erie, and right in the back of the store by the dairy there’s a big ass Phantom fireworks stand where they had a bunch of little shit, no big fun mortars though, gay.)
I didn’t stop at Sky king this year. But Phantom is kind of cheaping out on the free stuff you get if you spend a certain amount. If you spend $450-$549, you get two free repeaters. Before they’d hook you up with large assortments for spending that much.
