does anyone know anything about dog fostering or the costs of long term dog boarding. MY girl friend is in a tough spot right now and has to move back in with her dad. Anyway she can’t keep her beagle i got her for christmas and i’m lookin for an alternative to her giving him away. I’m thinkin its gonna take several months for the situation to right itself so she can get another place and have her dog back. suggestions?

honestly…almost. he took a dump the other day in her room. found out he got tapeworm and hes bein treated for that. got a shot today for it. he seems agitated a lil lately and i’m guessing it was cause of the worm. he’s about 8 months. she’s had him for lil over a month from petland.

My house is already a zoo or I’d do it.
well she decided to give him away for good. we both feel horrible about it. he knocked over his food yesterday and kicked it everywhere…he’s obviously upset. he’s stuck in a cage at her dads.

I love my beagles! and if I wasnt about to have a baby i would take him! They truly are great dogs!
There is a beagle rescue league that helps beagles to get adopted and they are good about making sure they get an excellent home, they actually do home visits. Just google beagle rescue league.
