Internal or external waste gate?
The pictures clearly shows a huge waste gate flapper and actuator.

T28 .64 housing is internally gated, WG has been ported.
I also have a T3 .63 housing that would require an external wastegate if that floats your boat.

No. Downpipe is another $200, it was made by AFI, all stainless, tig welded, flex section, o2 bung, 3"
oil fittings and such would be a little extra as well.
