I was outside with my dog and heard a screech followed by 3 loud bangs. Went to investigate and there is a Kia Sorrento sitting on it’s roof on emerson.
Not sure exactly what happened but that little 4 way stop at Emerson and N. Bailey gets backed up without accidents so avoid it if you can.

The lady in the brown coat was driving. She said she crawled out of the car and was perfectly fine, which is good. Apparently she dropped off her daughter about 5 minutes prior.
