No cossey, until this Manager at colonie helped me out. NO ONE BENT OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP ME. I was told can’t do this, can’t do that. After showing proof of a defect still being treated like an asshole.
And Im not bitching about sears as a whole, my main “bitching” was saying don’t buy a used TV from them (more specifically rotterdam), because I was STUNNED that they were reselling a tv that WAS MINE AND IS DEFECTIVE with some bs story about how the guy brought it right back because it was too big for his room.
1 Manager taking the time to listen to my problems and helping me out does not erase the fact that for 3 weeks everyone else I dealt with would not do a damn thing to try and fix the situation other than trying to sell me a million protection plans and other TV’s that were garbage.
I am bringing the guy at the Colonie sears a Chirstmas card with $50 bucks, and will also be doing my protection plan through him so he gets the commision for being so helpful and being the only guy to really listen to me look at what I was telling him and realize I was having actual problems.
Moral: Deal with managers first, they’re the only ones you can help you out. A regular sales dude who makes his buck by selling stuff isn’t going to help you in the slightest.
