sounds like a very similar situation i had in my red coupe a few years ago, and it is EXTREMELY aggrivating. black 03-04 cobra guns it on the on ramp right ahead of me, i waited to make sure i could switch over to the middle lane and then got on it, when i got up next to him he slams on the brakes. after pulling over he says “you almost kept up there”, i laughed and said ok whatever lets just go again, of course he then pulled the “oh my car isnt tuned etc. etc. etc.”
