a lot of nice houses around elmwood do not have driveways
fixed
Concrete. :pimp:
Your place is pretty much what I wanted in a house, log cabin off the beaten path yet not in the middle of the boonies with a nice view. Close enough to other places yet not on top of other houses. Who ever designed that place should get a star.
I live in the city and have a very short driveway maybe 12 ft long 20ft wide. On a plus side I have a 3.5 car garage.
I love it when people in Buffalo call each other poor. It’s like when black people call each other “nigga.”

mexican sex change? mexican is not a sex, it is an ethnicity or race.
ever drive through spaulding lake, or the middlesex/lincoln park/chapin pkwy area? just because there is large urban shit areas doesn’t mean there aren’t areas with money also. lol.
I guess. both my propertys are appraised close to 100k each, and I dont live in a toilet bowl called buffalo.
the one is appraised at 96K and the land goes deep. the other is in lewiston appraised at 84k and it is just an average house with average land.
if he owns anything of size his downpayment probably does in fact shit on 180k.
same here. room for 8. 4 spots taken with my junk.
Oh come on. Everybody knows there’s no money in Buffalo. :cjerk:
i know, i like to pretend
I don’t know why you would brag about that?
Wow there’s a whole 4 neighborhoods in Buffalo with expensive houses? That’s alot!
:rx3:
:mamoru:
Someone really should give a heads up that you don’t brag about your property value if it has 5 digits…
lol
I wasnt bragging, I said I guess to his down payment being more than my houses. Meaning I was expecting some numbers. I wasnt bragging, I don’t have to brag. There are few home owners on the forum, and frankly I wouldnt ever want a house that cost more than 120k. Ideally Id have a small house maybe 1000 sqft single floor, with alot of land, so I could put a giant poll barn up with a lift, and enough storage for the mass amount of cars I always seem to have. I really need to stop buying projects.
