10’6" x 14’ 4" approximate. It is white and I can send pictures if you want. Just pm me your email and I will send. It is all torn out and in little pieces so it will be fun to reconstruct. Overall condition is pretty much excellent, I have been very careful not to break any of the tiles. I may have peeled a corner on one or two but that is it. You would basically have to lay it out on the ground and place the bars with tiles before hanging. Most of the tiles are numbered as well, not all.

Also, this is room 1 of 2 both are about the same size. Room two will be gutted in about 45-60 days.
