Back in the day I worked at the BP gas station in Zelienople. A guy I worked with was going to do an oil change for a guy and was looking in the service manual to see what type of filter to use. He was standing in front of the car with the hood open and he had to ask the customer “Is this a 4-cylinder or a 6-cylinder?”
