Wrong. Talk to a lawyer buddy. If in doubt, refuse the tests. You’ll lose your license, but you have little to no defense in court once you blow.

I have several cops in my family and I have talked to several lawyers and they will all tell you the same thing. Don’t blow.

So after putting a large amount of thought into it I’ve decided DWI, as such I also will be creating a fancy diagram of how I came to that conclusion.
I’d take the DWI. If you get a good lawyer, you can get it reduced to a DUI. And since .12 isn’t THAT much over the limit. I’d rather have a restricted license for a couple months, then have to get asshole surgery for a black dude ripping my insides up. Grosssssssssss.
