e30 help?

I have many spare parts, let me know what you need.

ok, lol. obviously this kid is bullshiting you. He knows what he did and just doesnt wanna say. If the car is going into gear without any problems and the clutch pedal feels fine then he blew up the clutch disc or something inside the tranny. Either way its gunna need to come off to find out what kinda destruction awaits.

but just to make sure its nothing major, you need to look at your cv axles. If a cv axle is broken clean then the car will not move and the axle will spin inside the boot.

if the rear end is shot, the drive shaft will still move, what your looking for when you put the ass end in the air is for the drive shaft to be moving while in gear. If it does, then you have rear end issues, if it doesnt then you need to start tearing off the tranny.

so if any of this was broken it would go in gear fine but wouldnt stall if i just let out on the clutch without any throttle imput?

thanks for the info, i’m going to have to throw the car on some jackstands later and see whats going on with the drive line to see how serious my problem is. id be fine with the rear end being the problem lol, im already gonna swap for an lsd

doubt its the diff, but if you need one i have a 4.10 open you can rebuild.

if you want to do a stroker, i have an 87 eta block with crank, rods and pistons in it. i’ll sell it stupid cheap. $50.

if you want to do a good stroker, i have new in box 10.2:1 mahle pistons w/rings

those pistons take 325i rods. have a spare set of those with 60k on them

i have a head for that, 325i head w/ 65k, milled, cleaned, 3 angle valve job, new valve seals, valves reseated

what else? if you’re doing the stroker you’d want to go motronic. i have a spare harness. i have a 325i intake manifold, and throttle body, and exhaust manufolds.

headgasket set w/head bolts? got one of those. look at my for sale thread, i seriously have like 6 or 7k in e30 shit im selling

i didnt understand much of anything you just said, but if you could explain it in retard terms maybe via PM or AIM i’d really appreciate it. every time i mention e30 your name pops up.

i wanna build a boost friendly motor, i didnt wanna really tell everyone here about the plans for it but jam told me the i to e swap is good compression wise to boost. maybe you could take a look at my e30 to get a better idea of what i need parts wise. if bigtymer buys your i head i can just pick up brents then so thats no big deal but i need to get this project moving before winter so i can have it done by spring/summer.
