E39 M5 for $10k

high miles, fixed frame damage, cracked bumper, possible electrical problems, but runs great

Everything aside, that interior looks SERIOUSLY dated. Looks like it was made in 1989 and has been driven by fat people.

That car looks and sounds like it’s in rough condition. The interior of these cars aren’t dated that just looks like someone left it sitting out in the desert for the majority of it’s life.

DO NOT WANT.

i kinda like it.

that guy sounds like a tool in the vid

I’d rick roll the shit out of it.

That is a piece and will probably end up costing you another $10k to bring it up to snuff

what is that noise coming from it?

Its beaten. For the cash you’d have to put into it, you’d be better off buying a nicer one with less miles on the motor.

Why pay that much when you could buy a well maintained one for sub 15K? Half the miles as well.

A bit rough indeed

LOL No fucking way are you going to find a nice 50k M5 for $15k
You find it and ill buy it just to have a spare.

Also has nobody noticed the fact that this pos has a SALVAGED title. Aside from how shitty it is overall it even has the seal of approval HAHAHAHA.

yea, i looked at that and its def a piece. I dont know if id say it needs 10g’s but it def needs some love thats for sure.

I wouldn’t even bother investing to make it nice. Your already balling on a budget, why bother fixing it?

Offer 9K and drift it into shit, w.e.

Though if you wanted to buy this and make a nice car out of it, it would not be worth it.

 at getting a low mileage M5 for 15K.

2001 M5 100K 18K obo

There is one in Seattle for 10.5k that has a clear title and only minor things wrong like it kills the battery overnight which is prob the FSU and needs a new hood. Now that car could be fixed and sold for 15k easy.

2001 33k 21k is a great deal if it is in good condition.

Any M5 could cost you plenty in repairs, don’t think because you paid someone more money the car won’t need repairs. That would be foolish.
That being said I still wouldn’t buy that one for more than $7000. lol

Durrr I own one. Only done OCD maint stuff and upgrades. Fav car I have ever driven ~$60k

^I hear you but when you buy a 10 year old high end car you may have some big bills. Just sayin…

I would not recommend anyone to own this car unless you are doing the work yourself on it. The parts are not all that expensive. More then most cars but not high enough that it is a huge deal. However shops that work on them are hard to find and charge a fortune. If you check my thread it has a HUGE list of maint and aftermarket parts. Total for everything was under 2k including the aftermarket goodies.

The only gripe i have with the m5 is price on brakes, which is still getting cheaper by the day. Everything else is just a affordable as any other car, as long as your turning your own wrenches.
