Heated seats only come with cold weather package. Which is headed seats. Headlight washer nozzles. Ski pass. Headed side mirrors. All 330’s have sport suspention. But you won’t have sport seats which are way nice! Yes that’s the sport steering wheel. Sport wheels are the style 68’s and staggered.

Also any of the options could of been ordered on there own.
I gave up looking for one of these last year because every “nice” one I found was in some horrible kind of accident at one point. Just make sure you do an extra good job looking it over/have someone look at it.
you can get heated seats without the cold weather package…my e46 had them…sport package not a necessity but still nice to have.
i loved my e46 but there was definitely a good amount of maint. that came with it…i’ll still buy another one someday.
2 suggestions:
dont buy one unless there is a rediculous amount of reciepts and documents with it showing what work has been done. also make sure if it is an earlier one that the subframe mount areas are good or have been addressed. 01 and older are more prone to issues.
other suggestion is buy a southern car or one that hasnt seen winters. my car was pretty nice and and looked great but had some major structural issues due to rust that i had to repair since it was a WNY car its whole life. salt caused rust in the frame where the lift pads are, and it rotted from the inside out and crushed in when jacking up. i had to take the sideskirt off and cut out the shit and plate the whole thing and box it in to fix the area so it could be jacked up or put on a lift. couldnt tell i did the repair after but still was a PITA and the other side was starting to go bad as well.
def get ahold of me if you have any questions on these cars.
dont leave out the option of a sedan. personally i like them more than the coupes.
I wouldn’t be opposed to E36s as long as they were clean and not super high mileage.
Those who know me know that I don’t tolerate any signs of rust or abuse. I’ve always owned remarkably clean and reliable (except for the Jetta) vehicles.
Going down to one car, this thing needs to be damn near perfect.
With what Walker said, I agree completely. After owning my E36 and having seat time behind Ian’s E46, there most certainly is a world of difference between the two.
E46 is quieter, more comfy, while the E36 is a more “raw” vehicle. If you’re set on an E46, like everyone else, I agree with a 330i or an M3. The ZHP is a waste of money IMO, when you can spend a bit more for the M3.
