Edinburgh 2012

you have more excuses than an f1 driver

They should widen it and do more shit on it. Drift events. Do it.

time attack :rofl

Sounds like the direction you want your times to go after putting parts in and what not.

You remind me of guys that show up to tracks with GT3s and Corvettes only to get passed by Subaru Legacys and close to stock M3s lol.

LOL. I remember riding with Bruce K in his old BMW at Limerock passing everything in the turns and just laughing.

Ernie…please keep explaining how your Evo…which is much faster and handles better than my S2k…stopped you from beating my times. I can read this shit all day lol.

ITS FUCKING HEAVIER :ahh lmao it also has more power awd and a amazing driver but nvm.that

No, thats’s the problem. Ernie sucks at driving.

Hams for fists, lead for feet, peanut for a brain. :skid

Come at me bro

I wish I was able to do a fun run in your Evo, Ernie…

Riding in Bruce’s bummer is probably the most fun I’ve ever had in a car.

LOL he kept asking me if I was OK, Told him I was just enjoying the ride while passing literally 40x more expensive cars in the turns.

I keep missing out on these events. Last year I had the M3, which needed a complete engine rebuild, this year my 330i had a coil go bad. I guess it’s not meant to be for me.

Lol you have the worst luck at the worst timing. If they vote yay on the 12th, the fall event will be Sepember 15th and 16th.

My car is faster in a straight line. But explain to me how your car was .3 seconds slower than a fully caged evo on Omlins and Rcomps with 375awhp, and a very skilled driver behind the wheel? Its because S2K’s are better on the smaller and tighter tracks. I’ll get faster and better the more I do it. My times dropped and dropped all day saturday. And with better suspension components they will drop further. If you upgraded your suspension, your car would handle better too and your times would drop as well. Your car is just better in stock form than mine for this stuff. Plus youre a better driver. There is no question.

You’ll never get it. I don’t want to run faster only because of parts that I paid for. I want to drop times by improving myself as a driver. You can keep buying all the parts you want to subtiutue skill though…just try to keep up.

Wait a tick… You mean to tell me that as you gain experience, and the temperatures rise outside (allowing for more traction), your times will drop? That’s just blasphemy!

New “upgraded” suspension does not equal better suspension. You’re a noob and like to think that though. There’s much more to “better handling” than bolting something on the car.

When’s the next Edinburgh event? As long as there’s no conflicting events, I need to go see this idiocy.

The Tri-vette club votes on it June 12th. If they vote yay…the next event will be September 15th and 16th.

Well fuck. That’s no good. Ern, you planning on autocrossing anywhere else?

Mo-Hud is doing one this weekend at Fortitech in Glenville. Not too far from Amsterdam area.

WAS THE SEPTEMBER EVENT LOCKED IN?

Doesn’t look like there will be a September event…

thank-you. if anyone hears different can you kindly post it? thanks again.
