Finshing my basement and needs some lighting and electrical work done and also check as the previous owner has alot of weird wiring done.
Ill buy the material you need, i need you for the labor lol

Well here a little information
400sft open layout with half bathroom
need about 8 recesss lights with drop ceiling

Im looking to get it done around end of nov.
Looking for someone to do it on the side with cash!

If you can come over to check it out and get me a rough estimate. let me know

Ill supply you with some guiness that i have down in the basement after job is done as a bonus lol.

My dad does little electrical jobs on the side. If you could wait a few more weeks it is a possibility, he also does mowing/landscaping and is finishing up some decent sized clean ups.

I can do it, I AM NOT A CERTIFIED ELECTRICIAN. But I am also not an idiot and have done lots of side jobs. I can get you the materials for much cheaper than you will find them anywhere wether you want me to do the work or not. Is the drop ceiling in place currently or would that have to be hung as well?

No drop ceiling has yet to be installed still. and when can you come over and give me a rough estimate?
