well, he’s using a Verizon wireless 3g card to access the internet, so a visual trace is pretty much out of the question, but they do tend to give out a different IP adress every time you connect. that could be what he’s talking about.

What IP did you use to get the original guys location? the only one i saw was a Verizon Wireless IP, which could mean that he’s anywhere.
