i don’t really like texting that much, because voice always gets the point across much clearer. I don’t like talking to people though, because not only do i not care what they have to say, but phone calls are really boring and time consuming.
and here we have a solution!
slydial allows you to call any US mobile phone and go straight to voicemail without allowing it to ring!!!

Correct me if im wrong, but can’t you dial your own voicemail, hit new message, type in the persons number and it will go staight to their voicemail where you can leave a message.
My one buddy used to call off and do that to his boss. He would just leave a voicemail, his boss would say “why didn’t you call me” he always says, I called you, check your voicemail 
needless to say, he never caught on!
lol… yeah you can do that I do believe. I’m not sure if that works for all carriers though… like i know with sprint i can hit other sprint users voicemail.
this would be perfect for talking to relatives or idiot friends.

oddly enough I saw a Digg article where someone said voice mail is obsolete bc of txt mesages and email.
I still like hearing a vm every once and a while tho, its a great way to avoid people tho lol
I don’t even bother with voicemail…With missed calls/texts lists I know someone called and I’ll call them back, you going to have to call them back after you call voicemail anyway right?
I just dont see why everyone is so amazed, you could do this before.

most of the time its not cross carrier. I only got the option to do it with other vz customers.
I don’t care for listening to voice mail, but I won’t call someone back unless they leave a message… In fact, If I don’t know the number (or have it in my phone) 80% I won’t answer the phone.
I forgot about that number, I’ve got a number of people to call tomorrow… my time just got shorter… leaving VM FTW
