Does anybody here build honda engines or have specs? I think since I’m not really getting any bites on my LS engine I’m going to put it back together and swap it. I need berrings and rings. any suggestions on brand or where to buy local? also need gaskets and the stuff for a rebuild. THANKS
Use OEM bearings, and gaskets. Check these places for parts I use them all the time…they know me by name now.

I’ve built more than a few. I use all kinda different bearings. I’ve spun oem bearings, i’ve spun cheap bearings… i’ve seen cheap bearings last, i’ve seen oem bearings last. Its getting everything clean and spec’d that matters.
Agreed. Most of the guys I talk to say stock Honda or ACL will work, depends no which guy you talk to. Also, from what I have talked to people about, it is very important on an LS to measure & clean like any motor, but shot-peen the rods and use ARP rod bolts and head studs if you’re boosting/nitrous and using the stock LS rods.
