I’m thinking about doing somewhat of a tech day soon at my house. Heres the method for drilling the plenum, not sure if I’d need some help yet or not.

my maxima was like that, except it was the older VG30E and transverse(nightmare to work on) but i had a dead injector, but since i paid 150$ for the car i wasnt gonna go through the trouble of replacing it since it was my sweet beater… my buddy is still driving it to this day… over a year after i picked it up.
The VG30E is no picnic either from what I hear but the VG30DE is just plain monstrous to work on. BTW, I just finished grinding the plenum. It took me roughly 3-4 hours and about 6 drill bits until I found the right one.lol I’ve got both screws out as well as the injector cap. Now all I need to do for today is soak the injector in PB blaster and vacuum up the shavings from the engine bay. Hopefully Armory Nissan will have an injector in stock and the Z will be running on all 6 by Monday afternoon.
Good stuff, congrats on getting it out

Hey, thanks for the link. I actually found a good deal on a two row from Z1, so I’m going to go ahead and buy that one.
