hey guys, i jsut bought a 91 Nissan Sentra XE, and i was wondering if it was possible to swap the engine for a 240sx engine.
the sentra is only running on 3 cylenders.

because you need a fwd engine our cars are rwd, you have an SR20DE engine, we have KA24(D)E
If you’re looking for a cheap alternative just get another engine from a sentra. You can buy turbo version of that engine from japan and put it in. That’ll make your car a nice sleeper.
The engine in your car and 240sx is completely different. You can of course buy a rwd sr20det, and just swap everything over including the intake manifold, fwd tranny, but what’s the point if you can just buy a fwd one?
