Eric's MONSTER S10

TXT me pics E. PS Im moving in around the corner from you… (stalking)

Hmm… pajama party :thumbup

Where at?

So I remounted the dash today and ran the wiring in it as well. Just have to figure out why my right side directionals dont work and the brake lights. Otherwise all the lights work good. I managed to fit the stock 4.3 radiator in it with plenty of clearance also.

Dash in with stock K5 tilt colume.

Had to weld a u-joint into the steering colume since I blew out the stock rubber crap one.

Finally got the wheels straight to see how far the axle sits forward. Not to bad at 2" forward.

if you finish this you should put the blazer body on the s10 frame jk

We pulled the blazer body off the frame with the winch onto my trailer. Then it went to A1.

That Blazer body was only held together with rust.

Put my body mount on today. I bolted them into the frame until I weld them permently at work. Still need to pick up some rubber isolation washers for them though.

I also ripped out all the brake lines and prop valve to replace tomorrow.
I positioned my front bumper up to make mounts for that tonight and weld up in the morning.

I figured out that I need to cut out 14" of the front of my long bed to have it fit correctly. I am going to try to tackle that tomorrow as well.

Looks great so far eric!

nice! keep updating, its very interesting

Looking awesome! Fix that sliding seat? haha

Haha yea its all good.

dude this project is sickkk!! if you actually put a small lift on the blazer frame that would replace your suspension components and then you could fit some massive tires

Oh I plan to! I have been thinking a 4" lift, otherwise it will be a PITA to get into. I planed on running the max sized road legal tire which I think is 37’s or38’s.

you can get away with bigger, cops around here dont really know the laws with lifted offroad vehicles believe me lol…shoot for 40’s doitttt

Considering the tires already stick out pass the fenders more then 6". That would be just more to add on top of a fine.

It already looks bad-ass with the tires that are on it, 40’s would be insane!

my jeep was the same way, i never got anything for it. even up in the adirondacks i never had a problem with the cops

Yea it wil need new tires soon. Those 33’s are only there because 235’s look pussy on something like this.

this thing is sweet!

idk if you got my text or not but i got a nice red short box thatd look great behind that cab.

Ah yes, wasnt sure who it was. I lost most of my contacts on my phone. Depending on price and the measurements on it and if I dont have to cut it, I will consider it. It needs to be 32" from the front of the box to the center of the wheel well. Otherwise I will cut the long bed down.
