Most times, for a joke/insult to succeed there needs to be context. For example
Derp 1: Man my gut is hanging over my penis region
Derp 2: Oh, that’s because you have a fupa.
How you did it went something similar to this:
Derp 1: I like Giraffes
Derp 2: You have a Fupa
Now I am not sure if that is verbatim how the conversation went but it has to be close
