If i remember correctly if it dosent pass the second time, this is considering you did shit to it so it could pass. if it dosent and you spend more than 450 dls on parts they have to give you a temp pass for a year i beleive! (might be less) ask someone at MTO quote me if im wrong. but it happened to me.
