You hung on the roof for awhile for him to hit 40. If it was me the second the car moved forward I woulda been jumping off. Faster speed = worse injuries, even idiots know this.

If I were in your situation claiming the way it went down as you did above, I’d be suing for millions. If you innocently were sitting on his roof and he drove off, then he intentionally hurt you and you could make out with a lot more than 50,000 (if of course thats the way it went down, which it obviously didn’t since you aren’t suing for pain and suffering, just medical bills)

There are too many flaws in your story.

We all know:

1. You were on the roof to be cool.
2. You over estimated your ability to hang on
3. You fucked up.
4. Now you act like it wasn’t your fault and that you are the victim.

Grow up, admit you were wrong and don’t try to cover up your stupidity.
