thats why you put the FP Red, or the FP3052 on the STi’s… for those who dont know, FP rates their turbos in lb/min airflow, the 3052 is a GT30 based with a mitsu or suby flange with a 52lb/min compressor wheel.

you are incorrect on the fp red for the subaru… the red is a 65lb/min wheel in a 3" inlet 8cm^2 exhaust housing…internal or externally gated. the 3052 is not made in a subaru flange

i wasnt saying the red is a 52lb/min, i was referencing the 3052 and 3065’s for the airflow… tried to run a red on a 4G63 once, it didnt work too well with a 7800rpm limiter.

roomate got an FP red sent to him by accident, when he had ordered an FP green for his old 1g TSi… it didnt make boost until like 5800rpm.

man I loved my old acura, that shit really was reliable but I dont think I’m gonna find an Si that wasnt beat on constantly, I havent seen one s2000 and thats about even with the wrx, but I still have to drive both of them before I can make up my mind, I’m even thinkin about picking up a bike and a 4wd jeep but thats really unlikely

the red has been proven to spool by around 43-4500rpms… only 2-300rpms off my green on the sti… and has dyno’d over 500whp… thats 35r territory out of a TINY exhaust housing. im considering selling my green for a red… just for shits…and about 70 whp more on meth/cam2 lol

thats sweet if you like high end and straight line racing, but when I build my car I want it to have a really effective power range so its fun as shit through corners

it made wheel spin, and came off the car and got sent back to FP with the green sent in return like it was supposed to have been… green made 22psi at 3800rpm on a stock head, TMO stage 3 ecu, with denso 660’s walbro 255, and an apex’i SAFC/ hks VPC combo to tune… car was a highway king. it was a FWD 90 TSi. at 26psi from 80mph in 3rd not much where we lived could hang, unless it had 2 wheels.
