There’s nothing wrong with it. That picture is from the 60’s. That is a '61 or '62 Vette, which had an extremely similar rear to the '63-'67’s. It has a few visual mods done to it which are simply period correct for the time.
if it was a 1960, the rear quarters would be different. 61 and 62 were just like the one pictured.

After looking at a few more pictures I can see the difference between the rears. Now I really have no idea whats wrong with the picture.

it is a 1961, 1962 had about 16-18 fins in the cove and a chrome moulding strip along the bottom of the rocker panel
Hood scoop’s off a Max Wedge Dodge. Maybe it’s got a sweet Mopar Cross-Ram 413 in it.
Plus I’ve never seen blue coves on a red Vette before.

Yeah, this is terrible, some people that clearly know their classic 'vettes are not able to figure it out. Looks fine to me (someone who doesn’t know classic 'vettes).
