Any car is better then this 240 most likey.
unless you really luck out, any 240 you get for $250 is going to be crap and nothing better than a parts car. u will end up paying through the ass for rust repaire and other repaires never mind the time you put into it only to make it drivable. my advise to you is wait, save up some money as it seems that u dont have too much saved up as of yet, i have been searching for the right priced 240 for almost a year now for my first car(more seriously recently) and have also spent ALOT of time on forums asking questions and learning about these cars. Projects1l3nt-80 DON’T get this thing, why are you not lisning to us, i would only give him $400 for the car with the rims, that car is worth no more then like $100, i got my parts car with a rusted to shit frame and the driver side inner finder was rusted right threw, and i only payed $150 for it.

just keep searching, keep ur eye out on here and autotrader as well. dont just impulsivly buy a 240 that ur going to regret buying because of this JDM/drift bandwagon crap. u said it urself before that u will not be needing the car to drive for awhile, so just be patient the right car will come around.
