dude you should keep this… abs driveshafts are not too hard to find.
I will if I can find a drive shaft for the right price. I’m not gonna pay an extra $50 for an ABS one if I can trade my diff for a non-abs diff
andrew, i just put a non-abs drive shaft into an abs car yesterday and confirmed that they actually aren’t different, works perfectly fine. lined them up beside each other and they measure the exact same length, look the exact same and work the exact same.
i even have a picture of them beside eachother to show their likeness, but it’s on my cell phone and i haven’t been able to find my SD card adapter to put it on the computer yet.
i’ve always had a suspicion that they are the same regardless of what the internet says.
I’ve had both lined up aswell. And as I recall they were a different length.
shit, well if they are infact “the same” then maybe I’ll throw it in this weekend regardless.
