my last new clutch had ~400whp going through it doign rolling burnouts within the first mile of use

proceeded to hold slick launches and 2nd gear limiter burnouts.

So than you saying that his clutch is no good, either way ,you don’t dyno a car with a slipping clutch. The car owner himself said that the clutch was slipping
