Not fake, he added exhaust and intake which are usually pretty substantial on a TURBO vehicle… the fuel and timing are probably barely touched, but they add boost pressure because it’s controlled by the ecu. I bet that exhaust and intake alone were worth close to 20whp on their own.
I am just saying, with an ECU as sensitive as a BMW DME that re-learns you will be hard pressed to find ANY (substantial) gains ESPECIALLY WITH A MAIL ORDER TUNE.
