failvis again

prepare for and anticipate failure in most cases, that way youre more likely to do better. anticipate everything.

like a ninja? cuz ninjas are fucking cool.

if you wish. main idea is this - prepare for as many contingencies as possible in all life situations. it makes things go easier and smoother in the long run. ask me how i know.

how do you know?

… hey u told me to ask…

FAILURE YOU SAY??

its how i managed to stay alive, literally.

vague answer is vague:ponder

Hey trav, how are yah man? Still driving the sti at all?

i was in a situation where my life was threatened because of chronic illness. i had to take control after i realized i cant let anyone else do any planning for me. i couldnt trust the pharmacy even. after i took control over the entire situation, it went fine with VERY few minor snags that were completely out of my control. hence, me still being alive right now.

everyday. every single day.

“well then i say hey man nice shot. nice shot man.”

did it have power steering?

sure did… right up until it burst from excessive heat again.:rofl

that happens with those cars…they all blow up at one point or another.

they sure do. wish i knew bout that shit before i bought it… meh oh well. i now own a model of automotive reliability… an mk4 VW :crackup:lol:lmao:rofl :banghead

Fuelly ftw.

while i have a moment i would like to thank crazybrew and justin mcgrath for putting in a good word for me to become employed there. they were very kind and gracious to extend me that favor. i do hope that there are no hard feelings as i had no personal issue with them, but rather with service management and procedures. by all means thank you and good luck.

i really don’t feel like getting into any of this, cause i don’t really care enough to put my 2 cents in, but just so you know travis, ny is at at will state, giving a reason to fire someone just makes it easier to beat wrongful termination suits (at will doesn’t mean you can fire for any reason, but can fire for no reason).

well i filed my complaint anyways with nys labor board. it was well within my recourse. as i stated earlier i dont think much will come of it. on to bigger and better things.

there is nothing wrong with trying, and you might get something out of it, just because it’s at will, doesn’t mean you can’t win a wrongful termination suit. at will just allows an employer/employee to fire/leave a job for no reason.
