Ok… I have looked on map quest and google maps and looked into locations… here is what I am thinking for the final plan… Have this posted on a few different forums…

11 AM - Meeting point: Enders Falls in Granby, CT (meet, eat and take pics)
From:
Albany = 2.5 hrs (bringing Taconic parkway up)
Long Island = 2.5 - 3 hrs (depending if you bring I-84 E, I-95 N or the Taconic)
Springfield = 45 minutes

Cruise to : Natchaug State Forest (1.25 hrs from meeting location) - More pictures

Directions:

  1. Head northeast on Barkhamsted Rd/CT-219 toward Old Hart Rd 1.4 mi
  2. Turn right at CT-20/Hartland Rd Continue to follow CT-20 8.9 mi
  3. Merge onto Bradley Field Connector/CT-20 E via the ramp to I-91 3.5 mi
  4. Take the exit onto I-91 S toward Hartford 6.2 mi
  5. Take exit 35A to merge onto I-291 E toward Manchester 6.1 mi
  6. Take the exit onto I-384 E 9.3 mi
  7. Slight right at Boston Way/Rte-6/US-44/US-6 Continue to follow US-44 20.9 mi
  8. Turn right at Chaplin Rd/CT-198/Rte-198 272 ft
  9. Turn left at General Lyon Rd 0.4 mi
  10. Take the 1st left onto Pilfershire Rd Destination will be on the left

I dont if Id trust my car driving around the corner, let alone to CT so thats out and its alot of gas for the F150 and Im poor.

Ill see about it though. I do like long rides in the truck.
The car has a brand new motor with less than 50 miles on it and for some reason something always breaks so I try to keep it local.

November I took my car off the road in August to take it apart and I havent done anything with it yet because my friggen garage is full of shit :frowning: I have to get that shit cleared out
