This. That was one of the best video game trailers I have ever seen. It’s amazing what they can do with CGI, etc. now. And the end was great…looks like a pretty sweet social aspect to the game.

I’ll definitely download this demo or what not (or on PC) and give it a whirl. If Ubi did a good job (they usually do - I will forever buy ANY Assassins Creed product they put out as that is my most favorite game franchise of all time)…I’ll buy it so they get my monies, just like I do with AC.

Originally came in to make fun of it like all of you did. Watched the trailer. Probably going to buy it provided they don’t fuck up the car’s handling.

If I had to guess, the driving engine is going to be close to driver San Francisco’s, so it should end up being a decent balance of realistic enough and still simplified to be fun. Basically, I just don’t want any Need for Speed Carbon-like steering control, where the game countersteers for you.

By the way, go pick up Driver: San Francisco. Its a blast.

Just to clarify. I didn’t make fun of it, the game reminded me of the first FF movie hence the title. I think it is a fresh concept for a driving game, like Payday with cars.

Im more interested in the off road stuff, like Motorstorm. If they get this to blend in well, Im def sold. Better be able to make an offroad Mclaren :lol
