Well FWIW i never thought you had tons of money but I imagine you have a good “free” cash flow that allows you to do more than most would. I know people on a more personal level than I know you that do what you do, always have money etc. They have a good padding of cash but their not milionaires yet, they just are smart. They see deals, their patient they hold out and flip them. They buy things and “trade up” to the next thing they want without minimal or no cash out of pocket… TThey save money to invest in possible ventures they see
unfortunately a lot of peolpe have trouble seeing down the road. Money saved here to buy something big there may seem like your still taking a hit in the bank but if you have things on the burner and your smart and think ahead you can do a lot with the money you already invested in something without spending more and sometimes making out better.
I do that kind of thing with some of my hobbies (home theater being one of them) I always look for deals on shit even if I don’t need it, just because I know I can flip it, trade it and move up to something better if I want without actually having to spend MORE money.
I unfortunately lack the balls or the capital to do that on a bigger scale like you do. The risk is to great to put my family in that kind of uncertainty.
Hopefully that all makes sense. I applaud what you do dude, a bit jealous honestly because I wish I had the will power, and balls to do it but my 9-5 gives me the ability to make a lot of money and work comfortable and have an awesome retirement which a lot of people can’t say anymore, that and I TRUELY love what I do… Flipping shit, dealing with people on a money basis is way to much bullshit for me. I have no patience for people that fuck me around on shit… I know you dont take that kind of shit but ive dealt with you and you’re much smooth and level headed when it comes to buisness becuase you have a reputation to keep to keep doing what you do…
