sausage egg and chz on an english muffin, smothered in hot sauce from work, and a sierra mist free
cottage cheese and a fruit of my choice and about 40oz of water = my breakfast everyday, but not my favorite.
2 eggs, bacon, and cheese on an everything bagel, from a deli(not that tim hortons, DD bs).
m-f i dont have time …every sat,sun, i have 6 eggs can of hormel chili ,1/2lb chese ,hot sauce, and some toast
Feta cheese omelet, bacon and hashbrowns.

Every day: apple fritter from wegmans, yogurt and a quart of OJ

kashi go lean cereal (not the crunch although it is good)
OJ
2 pieces of arnolds double protien bread toasted
olive oil spray
an egg poached (made into an egg sandwich at this point)
one a day multivitamin
fish oil supplement
