It does seem weird that they are seizing the cars, its not like they are illegal to own in the US, only to register in the manner they were registered and than subsequently to drive on a public road?

x2, thats CSBS how they just seize the cars, they shouldve just slapped a couple of fines on him and let him keep the car for the track.
