should i be using a OEM nissan Pulsar head gasket in my Ca18det or would a gasket from Fel-pro be a better choice other than a metal head gasket
does anyone have any advice as to why the fel-pro one might suck ass because it wasnt really designed for a turbo car

If you put a cheaper gasket on like Fel-pro on a turbocharged engine, it will blow out on you. Don’t cheap out and just get yourself a metal headgasket from Nissan or an aftermarket company like Apexi or something. You get what you pay for…
its only 57 bucks for OEM nissan not sure on Fel-pro but there a worse gasket than is what your saying?

Cometic is a good gasket. You can get one from any of our sponsors on here. And I’m not saying Fel-pro is a terrible gasket, I’m just saying I’d go other routes. Besides, I doubt Fel-pro even makes a gasket for a CA18 and you can bet it will blow a pulsar gasket out right quick.
COMETIC dosen’t sell a head gasket for the CA…they sell them for the SR but not the CA i just check today for my cousin
