SR20DET exhaust manifold gasket

new metal unit. Need asap.

go to nissan, T25 gasket from a Z32TT, I think its about $50.

New is the only way to go due to the hassle replacing them is, Also I would recommend changing your turbo nuts, mine were a little soft when I replaced my gasket and last minute I’m searching CT for nuts that would work, becuase mine wanted to round off.

I dont need the mainfold to turbo gasket, I need the manifold to exhaust side of the head gasket. Does the SR20DE one work? Im sure I can get that at a dealer.

You got a part number for those turbo nuts?

as for the nuts, I went to CT, found a bolt that threaded easily into the nuts I removed then proceeded to find 4 new nuts that thread onto that same bolt. But I ended up with 1/2" instead of 12mm nut heads but the thread was the same and It hasn’t cuased a problem yet. Note; Iused red locktite

Got mine from Napa. Felpro unit. I forget for which Sentra year/model
it’s compatible with (do search) but it was like $15.

i got mine from performance nissan in Cali, it was like $50 but it was pure balls…

i am ordering from them again this week if you want one.

look it up on ebay, same thing, they are the only place that has em

Was yours metal??? I jsut called Nissan and they said its 2 pieces and about 30 a piece. They dont know if its metal or not though.

stearlerships are ghey…

can you imagine actually calling up a dealership and getting a competent, honest person who knew exactly what they were talking about?

yse it does, get it from infinity g20, say its a 2litre motor and your not sure what year, and its 20 bucks

yeah i got one overnight from airport nissan from sr20 in a G20.

Hey Pete,
When I ordered mine from nissan it was ‘NOT’ metal but the cheap kind. Luckily when I took my manifold off I had a nice multi-layer metal one in good shape so I left it on. Not sure if you can get a metal one from nissan dealers here. But I did some research and you can get a Mr.Gasket Copper one at Canadian Tire or PI I believe…

Model Number: 7215

Hope that helps man, supposedly not that expensive either.

Cheers

The Felpro unit is metal inside with an organic type outside.

It looks silver with pits all over.
