i’m talking sprint here…
my wifes got the sanyo RL-4920 and its a really nice non-flip phone seems smaller then a flip to me…great features, screen & reception.
I would get it if i didn’t prefer a pda phone.
if you want a pda phone …get the the samsung i500…nice phone small flip pda
i got the i330 and its decent, but the i500 is better i’m just not a big fan of the flip phone anymore.
i like flip phones, but in not into that PDA shit. Not really any features that I would ever use.

i’m just tired of flips cause everybody & there mother has one.
to me…they were cool back when motorola came out with the startac…but now to me they are getting played out.
i got nothing against them…just not my style.

i have the blue on from sprint that takes pictures / video… the video option is neat…
thats one option i don’t think i’d ever need
my friend hates camera/video phones…and had a hard time finding one without
i think sprint only makes 1 flip that doesn’t have a cam
yeah, I should have specified that I dont want a camera phone, unless its one that actually takes decent pictures, and has a flash. But I’d rather just have one without.

i mean all phones these days have cameras… its’ rather inevitable (i dont’ give a fuck :tounge: )… so it’s pointless to say you dont’ want one when you pretty much have to get one.
mine takes rather nice shots… it has 1x -> 4x zoom and holds a bunch of pictures… if for nothing else you can take pictures of your friends cars and girls T&A so you remember who it is when they call.
ontop of that, video is rather pointless… however, the great pittsburgh flood of '04 proved that it’s not a bad option… i had my phone and got some video of crazy water levels and shit… took video of people acting like assholes and directly host it on teh interweb.
i know it’s the most pointless to have a cell phone with a camera, FM radio, ect ect… but there aren’t much out there that are just phones.
yeah, might as well go out of your way to NOT get a camera… :ugh:, but lets get a PDA…

Me and Mike have matching Sprint phones (awwwwwww…) it is the Sanyo 5a-7300 I believe. Not a camera phone. Bought them just recently for $280 each w/ a $150 mail-in rebate each.
i have a sprint flip phone without a camera. its the Samsung A660. its small and get fairly good reception. i havent had problems with it. i only paid 50 bucks for my phone without a rebate or anything! when blue gets on he can help, he manages a sprint store

i use my pda pretty much every day…and the palm integrated phone works great to keep memos, addresses, its got word, excel, and true web browsing.
at least is something i use…and i didn’t go out of my way to get it…i had the i300 and then upgraded to the i330
some people have a use for a pda & some have the use for a cam…to each his own.
agreed…but my point is that i’m not one that has a true ‘use’ for a camera… it’s come in handy and is neat for caller id.
i have an hp Ipaq i use a lot… but i also have a blackberry 7280 that i use daily, if not hourly… wireless calendar sync > *
make sure its a Verizon service and make sure its an LG… you will not have any problems. I recommend the LG VX 7000
