Finally got around to fixing the Subaru.

Buy cheap set of $30 xenons. When they blow out, buy another set of cheap $30 xenons.

I like the look on the cars. Kinda prodrive-esque if you ask me, which is always cool in my books.

Silverstar Ultra Halogens were just as bright as my 4300K HIDs, had no wiring mess, and had a useable high-beam (9007 bulbs)

I currently run SS Ultra 9007’s in my headlights, and nokyan yellow 9xx whatever the fuck size fogs. LOVE IT.

Post pictures of your Subaru in badass pictures thread. Send them to Corey, or cazwrx and I’m sure they will.

i’ve never had headlights as bright as my hids in my mr2 and they were like 8k i think. my projectors were amazing.

^^ :rofl

A nice projector DEFINITELY helps with beam pattern, output, and useable light.

The TL projectors I had on my Maxima were EPIC. I could light up 6-7 lanes of traffic and also see a good distance down the road. Beam pattern was awesome on them.

My M is alright, but man I miss my retrofit.

Oh god that looks good.

My projectors now, while dated by now are a huge improvement over the stock reflector/yellowed housings.

Still haven’t ordered HID setup as I’m still not sure on the output and keep forgetting to see what bulb # I have in there now. (different than OEM)

My European headlights in the 200 have a cutoff WITHOUT a projector. Ultra cool.

Yeah I remember my dad telling em that. He had an Audi that looked like your 200 back when I was a child in Ukraine…like 91.

Vlad, if I was you, I’d go with 6000k 50/55w on top (will look like 5000k) and 3000k or 4300k 35w on bottom.

Checking out DDM and window shopping.

Likely not going to go with 50/55w as I’d like to mess around with little wiring as possible and don’t want to mess with a power kit as Offroadzj talked about.

Whats the difference between the Raptor kit and the DDM kit besides $10?

Also what is their “error eliminator” and “adaptor cables”? I assume HID harness is a power kit?

Edit: Found this

Slims are digital
Raptors are analog

Digital = no radio static
Analog = mild static
